Okendo has a flash new Settings page that features an enhanced layout and powerful new customization options and controls for managing your customer review program.
New Layout
Our new settings page has been rebuilt with an improved layout, grouping similar settings into easy-to-find sub-sections rather than a single scrolling list. This makes finding and updating the setting you’re looking for easier and faster than before.
More Widget Control
We’ve added new widget settings to control the number of reviews which are shown when the widget loads and how many more are loaded when the user clicks ‘show more’.
Syndication
The new syndication page in settings offers improved visibility into which other storefronts are receiving reviews from this store through syndication.
Styling
Our new email styling tools let you easily customize the emails sent by Okendo to match your brand’s individual style. With no coding required, these simple settings provide customisations for the most common elements in our emails. Available to our Power plan customers using sequences, they allow for changes to the font, text colors, button colors and background colors. They also allow for changing the color of the stars shown in review request emails and removing Okendo branding from the email footers.
